• Subscription Data: Your subscription tier (free or unlimited) and associated Stripe customer ID for billing
• Usage Tracking: Daily generation counts to enforce free tier limits (3 per day) and unlimited tier fair use limits (50 per day). This data is automatically deleted after 30 days.
• Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe (we don't store credit card or payment details)
• Analytics: Basic service usage metrics via Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics (no personal identification)

2. Image Processing & Storage

Zero Permanent Storage:

• Images are processed in memory only
• No images are saved to disk or databases
• Processing happens in real-time and data is purged immediately
• We have no access to view or retrieve processed images

3. How We Use Information

The limited data we collect is used solely to:

• Process your AI photo editing requests
• Authenticate your account and verify your identity
• Enforce fair usage limits (3 free generations per day, 50 for unlimited subscribers)
• Manage your subscription and billing through Stripe
• Send account-related notifications (email verification, subscription updates)
• Monitor service performance and reliability
• Improve user experience

3a. Data Storage & Hosting

We use trusted third-party services to store and process limited account data:

• Firebase (Google): Stores account information (email, subscription tier, usage counts). Hosted in secure Google Cloud data centers with industry-leading security.
• Netlify: Hosts our web application and serverless functions. No permanent user data stored.
• Stripe: Handles all payment processing and stores payment information. We never see or store your credit card details.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties, except:

• Authentication & Storage: Firebase (Google) stores account data (email, subscription info, usage counts)
• Payment Processing: Stripe handles payment data securely
• AI Processing: Google Gemini AI processes images temporarily (no storage)
• Analytics: Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics receive anonymized usage data
• Legal Requirements: Only if required by law

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

• HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
• Secure cloud processing environments
• Regular security audits and updates
• No permanent storage = no data breach risks

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: Request a copy of your account data (email, subscription status, usage statistics)
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us
• Correction: Update your email address or account information
• Data Portability: Export your account information in a machine-readable format
• Images: No data to access or delete (images are never stored and are immediately deleted after processing)

You can disable analytics by using browser privacy settings or ad blockers. Essential authentication cookies are required for the service to function.

Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
