Swap Jersey is an AI-powered photo editing service operated by The Gadget Aid LLC that allows users to digitally modify sports uniforms in uploaded photos. The service is provided for entertainment purposes only.

2. User Accounts & Authentication

Users must create an account and sign in to use the service. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

Free Plan:

• Includes 3 free generations per day
• Generated images include a watermark
• Watermark removal available for $1.99 per image (one-time payment)
• No subscription required

Unlimited Subscription Plans:

• Monthly Plan: $14.99/month - Unlimited generations (up to 50/day), no watermarks, cancel anytime
• Annual Plan: $143.90/year ($11.99/month) - Save 20%, unlimited generations (up to 50/day), no watermarks

Payment Processing:

• All payments processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Cancel subscriptions at any time through your account settings
• No refunds for partial months or one-time watermark removals
• Subscription changes take effect at the next billing cycle

4. Image Storage & Privacy

We do not store any images permanently. All uploaded images are:

• Processed temporarily for AI editing
• Automatically deleted after processing
• Never stored on our servers long-term
• Not shared with third parties

Account Data Storage: We store limited account information to provide the service:

• Email address and account creation date
• Subscription tier and billing information (via Stripe)
• Daily usage counts (automatically deleted after 30 days)

5. Intellectual Property

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any professional sports teams, leagues, or organizations. All team names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

6. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

• The content they upload and create
• Ensuring they have rights to uploaded images
• Using the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not uploading inappropriate or copyrighted content

7. Usage Restrictions

Generated images are for personal, non-commercial use only. Users may not:

• Use generated images for commercial purposes
• Claim ownership of copyrighted team logos or trademarks
• Upload images containing illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI technology
• Abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months
• One-time watermark removal payments are non-refundable
• Your account reverts to the free plan at the next billing cycle

9. Service Availability

We provide the service "as is" without guarantees of availability, accuracy, or quality. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. Subscription pricing may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Gadget Aid LLC and Swap Jersey are not liable for any damages arising from use of this service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, payment processing issues, or generated content quality.
